Data collected

This site only collects the data you send through the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.

It uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to a third-party service when you visit.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is only used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest in replying to messages received (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Retention and recipients

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on it, then deleted. They are never sold or shared. They pass through Scaleway (France), which hosts the site and sends the form, and Proton (Switzerland), which hosts the mailbox.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@kvnl.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
